1. Introduction and Scope

Welcome to Omenet (“Omenet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Omenet is a US-based caregiving marketplace that connects individuals seeking care (“Care Seekers”) with qualified caregiving professionals (“Care Providers”) across a wide range of services including child care, senior care, special needs care, pet care, housekeeping, and tutoring.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have regarding your information when you use:

  • The Omenet mobile application (iOS and Android)
  • The Omenet website located at omenet.app
  • Any related services, features, or tools we provide (collectively, the “Services”)

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked from our platform, or to independent Care Providers who may maintain their own privacy practices.

2. Who We Are

Omenet operates as a caregiving marketplace platform headquartered in the United States. Our platform is hosted at omenet.app and is designed to serve communities across the United States, with our initial launch focused on the Israeli-Jewish community.

For questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, please see the Contact Us section at the end of this document.

3. Information We Collect
